Tripod Data Systems (TDS) today announced a low-cost version of its TDS Ranger™ data collector. The Ranger NX features a 312 MHz Intel XScale processor,128 MB Flash storage, alphanumeric keypad, and unlike other Ranger models comes without CompactFlash and Secure Digital (SDIO) expansion slots.
