How do I Place an Order?
For all products that are not available through our current online system, call (800)821-1954 or e-mail your request to sales@instrumentsales1.com.
International Orders: please e-mail us for a shipping quote.
We are dedicated to providing you with the instruments you need to fulfill your job requirements.
Methods of non-online ordering are as follows:
- Fax an order in to our Order Department at (313) 535-4411 Please print out the form for faxing and mailing purposes only.

- Mail us an order along with your check to:

How do I Pay for Merchandise?
- For Prepaid orders we accept business and personal checks. An NSF fee of $30.00 will be charged on all returned checks.
- We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for your order payment.
If you wish to set up an account with us, click to our Credit Application for US Businesses online. This is for repeat customers who wish to set up an account with Instrument Sales - all first orders from new customers must be prepaid with a credit card, cashiers check (prepaid) or cleared company check (prepaid only).

How Does Shipping Work?
Instrument Sales does not charge you a handling fee for domestic orders. We only charge shipping costs.
For tracking reasons we do not ship U.S. Mail
- All in-stock orders received by 2:00p.m. EST are shipped the same day.
- Freight must be prepaid and added to your order.
- Call for International rates. These rates are for UPS Ground Service within the Continental US Only.
- Please call for UPS Air, Next Day Air, or 2nd Day Air Shipping Charges
- International Orders are responsible for all shipping costs and processing fee.

When will I get my Order?
US Residents will receive their orders in 2-5 business days for in-stock items. International orders will depend on specified arrangements. Please call or e-mail us at sales@instrumentsales1.comWhat if I must return my Order?
All major products are inspected and calibrated to meet manufacturer's specifications before they ship.
- Please check your shipment thoroughly upon arrival.
- You must call to get a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without RA number will not be credited.
- You may return items with no restocking fee within 10 days of receiving your order, so long as item is in original, new condition, and the packaging has not been opened or the item been used.
- You will be charged a 15% restocking fee after 10 days of receiving your order, so long as item is in original, new condition, and the packaging has not been opened or the item been used.
- All returns must be made in their original packing.
- You will not be credited shipping charges.
- We will not accept returns on Special Orders.
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF USED OR DAMAGED.
