•	Midas GIS may be used with Axis, Radian, as well as the GSR2100, GSR2200, GSR2300, GSR2400, and GIR1000 receivers when in RTK or RTCM mode (if available). Midas GIS can be configured to use Sokkia total stations, as well as Topcon, Leica, Pentax, Zeiss, and Geodimeter total stations.
•	Many types of vector and raster background files may be used in Midas GIS, including: JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, ICO, CUR, PCX, DCX, PCD, FPX, DIC, WMF, PSD, PNG, TGA, EPS, RAS, WPG, PCT, MAC, IMG, and MSP.
•	Midas GIS is capable of exporting data to the most widely used GIS applications, in formats including: SDR, NTF, DXF, ASCII, SHP, MIF, Dbase IV, MOSS, and AutoGrad.
•	The Midas GIS field system offers supervisor level settings that enable you to establish system security, to disable software options and to de- fine default units and tolerances. When Midas GIS is installed, access to supervisor settings are protected by a default Supervisor Code. The Midas GIS default Supervisor Code is “Sokkia.” You must enter this pass word to access the Supervisor Settings dialog. When you access the Supervisor Settings dialog for the first time, it is recommended that you then change the Supervisor Code to something unique but easy to remember.
