Sokkia LDT50 - Electronic Digital Laser Theodolite

The compact LDT50 Electronic Laser Digital Theodolite combines a 5 second electronic digital theodolite with a laser module for easy set-up in restricted space.

The visible laser beam makes targeting fast and accurate, making the LDT50 ideal for applications requiring precise setting out and efficient positioning. And the water-resistant body means you can use this instrument under even the most challenging conditions.

Coaxial telescope and laser optics provide a single line of sight for easiest observation and measurement. It’s like two instruments in one! The LDT50 enables you to perform both parallel beam and focused beam applications. The parallel beam is used for directional control during excavation. Parallel beam can be emitted without the need of accessories. The focused beam is intended for precise aligning and positioning.

The illuminated, two-line LCD display indicates vertical and horizontal angles to 5". The innovative, patent-pending optical system delivers especially clear, bright resolution.

Use LDT50 to:

  • determine tunneling direction and gradient
  • pipe laying direction and gradient
  • check vertical alignments.
