The Contour XLR represents the latest in eye-safe laser rangefinding technology. This compact, lightweight unit is the ideal tool for reflectorless distance measurements.  You simply point, shoot and instantly obtain accurate range measurement. The Contour’s proprietary design gives you unsurpassed range performance for a handheld, highly accurate rangefinder.

Typical target range capabilities are:

     •    175 m to an overhead cable
     •    400 m to power/telephone poles
     •    400 m to trees (no foliage)
     •    800 m to buildings/trees (with foliage)

Use the Contour XLR for material estimation, building/construction site layout and general distance measurements.  Use the serial port output in conjunction with a data logger or PC to easily record all measurements.

All Contour units come equipped with a Head-Up Display (HUD) that allows the user to see the measurement value while still aiming!  You’ll find the HUD much easier to use than typical scope type sights. Combine the HUD with the Contour’s continuously updated range reading and you have unsurpassed target identification accuracy.

The Contour XLR is also rugged and waterproof.  When snow, rain, fog or heavy dust hamper range performance, simply switch to “poor weather” mode and blast through to your target.
